Prof. Said Easa【IAAM Fellow】

Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Romania

Experience: Dr. Easa is internationally recognized as a leading scholar in his field, with ScholarGPS ranking him #3 in transportation engineering and #7 in surveying. His research encompasses a wide range of transportation areas, including planning, design, operation, and management. To date, he has published over 470 refereed journal articles and served as the editor of a bestselling book on Urban Planning and Development Applications of GIS, published by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). He is also an Associate Editor for the Journal of Transportation Engineering and the Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering. A Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, the Engineering Institute of Canada, and the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE), he has held significant positions such as President of the Online Network Enabled ITS Research Society and CSCE Vice-President. His leadership has extended nationally and internationally, having led a national delegation to China, judged the annual Canadian Consulting Engineering awards, and served on a national grant selection committee. He has organized and chaired many conferences, sponsored by ASCE, CSCE, and IAAM. His outstanding contributions to the field have been recognized with numerous lifetime achievement awards, including the Frank M. Masters Transportation Engineering Award from ASCE (2001), the Sandford Fleming Award from CSCE (2003), the Arthur M. Wellington Prize from ASCE (2005), the Award of Academic Merit from the Transportation Association of Canada (2010), and the IAAM Medal from the International Association for Advanced Materials (2018).

Research direction is 5G aerospace wireless communication system reliability and security technology, mobile Internet security technology, Internet of Things, edge and cloud technology, mobile terminal, RFID physical characteristics security solutions, and has achieved a lot of innovative research results, research results have been recognized at home and abroad: Completed the 5G wireless communication physical characteristics security experiment platform, realized the endogenous security verification system under the multi-MIMO system, verified the multi-MIMO security transmission, ultra-lightweight access authentication and key distribution under the physical characteristics, and completed the packet reliability calculation research under the distributed wireless communication system. The coding and decoding method of distributed fountain coding technology under MIMO-OFDM system is studied. Completed the intelligent terminal security test platform, P2P network performance and monitoring platform, is currently conducting edge computing and mobile edge computing under the reliable and security technology research and application, as the first person in charge to complete and undertake the national key research and development program, national major 863 project, National Natural Science Foundation and provincial projects more than 20. Prof. Xudong Zhao

Dalian University of Technology, China

Experience: XudongZhao, Ph.D., Professor, doctoral supervisor. He has presided over a number of projects such as National Science and Technology Major Projects (Chief Scientist), National Key Research and Development Program projects, National Natural Science Foundation key projects, National Outstanding Youth Fund projects, Liaoning Xingliao Talents, and outstanding scientific and Technological talents in universities, and won the Global Highly Cited Scientist Award for many times, 2021 USERN Young Scientist Award. Chinese Society of Automation Young Scientist Award. He has published more than 200 papers in SCI journals, including more than 100 papers in Automatica and IEEE Transactions. Prof. Yongsheng Ou

Dalian University of Technology, China

Title: Research on SLAM technology in complex dynamic scenarios

Abstract: In the process of robots entering the public and social services, the high dynamic characteristics of human environment bring great challenges to the safety and reliability of their autonomous operation. It is difficult to solve this problem by tinkering with the architecture based on static scenario assumptions in traditional solutions. Robots need an environment modeling system that integrates perception, cognition and reasoning abilities, and can directly combine task and decision representation to adapt to operation requirements in relevant scenarios. The report mainly focuses on the modeling of robot environment in highly dynamic and complex scenarios, and proposes that the system framework design should be guided by human concept and reference to human language semantics, cognitive concepts and reasoning methods. The main contents of the report include: (1) the problems faced by the application of existing robot navigation technology and the limitations of existing methods; (2) Key technologies and current solutions related to this problem; (3) Research and application of LLM and knowledge graph in complex scenarios.

Experience: Yongsheng Ou, PhD supervisor, Professor, Dalian University of Technology. After returning from the United States in 2010, in 2011, he won the excellent support of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' 100 Talents Program and was selected as the national "10,000 Thousand Plan" leading talents and the promotion plan of young and middle-aged leading talents of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
